Played June 20, 2008: "Three groups from the staff at the Dunes stood out - the attendants meeting our group at 18 to clean our clubs and just have a friendly conversation, especially when they were about to watch the CEO and his 'friends' from Samsung Corp. tee off; the course marshals, always looking to help and inquire as to how our round was going; and the young lady at the grill/bar offering local knowledge of restaurants and pubs openly, and with a pleasant and friendly outlook. That's what the term 'Ambassador' is all about, and especially when you are the public's connection to any business."
