Forgiving but interesting layout. A good course for playing with my novice son (also allowed us to play as a twosome). Tees and fairways in great shape; greens a bit shaggy and slow ...not surprising for July. Not very scenic (like most links courses).
It was fun to play a Daly course and then watch him shoot a 66 at St. Andrews the same day. Must have been our good karma (but those pants have to go !).

The course was in excellent shape and the staff could not have been friendlier. Be prepared for a lot of water and tight fairways. The houses that surround the faiways are right off of them and are out of bounds. There is not much room for error but it is a great test of skill that you will enjoy.

Nice course, but with below-average greens. Impression overall gets decreased; ranger unaware we started 30 min. behind another group, asked us to pick up pace - we caught the groups on 13 and waited 5 minutes per shot thereafter.

This is a good course for the first round in town. Not overly difficult, nice layout. Was dissappointed that their driving range was closed, and the beverage cart was not available more than once on each nine. She told us she was cold! Greens were TERRIBLE. Rest of course was in fine shape. Worst sandwich I EVER ate here.

Very disappointed in this course. Greens were splotchy and very bumpy. No grass around the greens to chip from. Nothing special about this course. Seems like the course is a good reflection of its designer, John Daly ... a train wreck.

Solid, average course. Not very challenging, but not every course has to be a big test. Course was in relatively good shape. Clubhouse was good and staff was friendly. Close to the airport and perfect to warm up on.

We had some confussion regarding our Tee Time when we arrived. Apparently a mis-communication between MBN.com and the golf course made things a bit akward when we checked in. However, the shop attendant was very accomidating and did not make us feel inconvenienced at all. I think the biggest complaint/frustration was that we had intended on using a coupon for $20 off our round, but were unable to because we had booked online. I felt the "regular rate" was a bit much considering the fairways had not been mowed in several days due to the moisture...they were VERY wet.

The course was in what I would say just OK condition. The day we played it was cart path only because they had just over seeded the fairways. Greens were slow. Made for a long day. Staff was very friendly.

This is a totally different type of course to any of the others played insofar as it is a "links"! It is a challenge and would advise any decent golfer not to play off the front tees; test yourself!
