Nice staff ... Best course of the 5 (we played_. Tee boxes seemed skanky ... fairways are impressive and wished that players would repair their ball marks on the greens.

Very nice course. Professional staff, courteous. Ranger was terrific in apologizing for a sprinker that was on in error. Greens were good although they had been aerated recently you could tell. Great layout ... thoroughly enjoyed.

We were warned at the start that the greens had been aerated earlier in the week, but it definitely lessened our playing experience. Worst greens we faced all week. Cost me at least 3 shots off my score. Overall the staff was great but very hasty with us at the start since they were starting for 3 courses, could be better with someone dedicated to our course.

The Love course was our favorite for the week. It was amazing and in fact, on our return trip we'd like to play all four courses!

Enjoyed the course a lot. Conditions just good since we were in the winter and can't expect perfect conditions.

The greens were plugged 9 days before we played. There was no warning about the condition. We paid $104.50 to play here and we didn't expect this. They made no effort to move us to a different course & they did not give us anything for the future.

We were the only group on the course, they had aerated the week before. They offered us any other course there, class act, we just really wanted to play that one. AWESOME time!

The love course is one of my favorite courses to play in MB, along with the TPC. My favorite aspect is the greens, their contours and condition.

Good enough to bring me back in future years.

On Barefoot – Dye:

We played the back tees which probably was a mistake for me. My buddy scored an 82 from back there, so I played it with him. Your starter needs to keep his opinion of who should play back there to himself (Ace). If I want to spend my money, not slow anyone down, and torture myself, that should not be discouraged by anyone on your staff.

On Barefoot – Fazio:

Super course and experience. Your staff at the carts do a great job of juggling three courses.

On Barefoot – Norman:

Nice course to end the trip on. Go home with decent scores.

On MB National – King’s North:

My favorite course in Myrtle Beach. Beautifully maintained while providing various shots and decisions.

On Long Bay Club:

Love the course. Played it six times now and will always make it part of my golf trips.

A disappointment compared to the other Barefoot course. The greens were slow and not maintained. The fairways, although quite wide in spots, were not anything to brag about. I was expecting more from the #1 rated course in Myrtle Beach.

Played Sept. 20, 2008: "I replayed the Love course in the afternoon (9/20) and on the cart paths in many locations there was dog poop present. This is very disgusting and the owners of the dogs should take responsibility. I would expect the course to maintain a clean presence for the type of course it is."
