Great course - lots of doglegs. Glad I was playing with locals or I would have gone for some wrong pins. Maybe get a course book. The red tees played very true for my game and made it feel like golf should. I would come back next time I'm in Myrtle Beach.

The course is in good shape but the layout is only okay. The greens are really hard to putt because of the grain. This is not a bad choice if you're trying to keep to a budget, but I would look elsewhere if you have limited rounds to play. The first tee times are 9 a.m. and they double tee, so the course was backing up before we started and got very slow on our back nine. Also, the starter was a little gruff.

Loved the course and the guys we played with. Not too happy about marshall hounding us when we waited on players ahead, but saw a female and assumed.
