Aberdeen Country Club has some great Spring and Summer Specials. Play 2 rounds this Summer from $64 when combined with other courses, or play 3 rounds from $114 with carts. Go to our tee time specials page to check availbilty. Aberdeen Country Club will take you into the game of golf in the true Scottish tradition. All three nines are reminiscent of those early days of golf with the "Meadows," "Highlands" and "Woodlands" nines. Tucked among towering hardwoods and the Waccamaw River, this golf course features extensive mounding, wide landing areas, and lush bermuda greens. With 27 holes there is always a chance for an "extra" 9 that will extend your enjoyment.
As always . . . KIDS PLAY FREE everyday with a paid adult. Aberdeen Country Club is a perfect companion to Long Bay Golf Club located one mile west or combine Aberdeen with other Prime Time Signature Courses for savings off of individual rounds.

Beautiful course! A lot of water on course. Course management was a must for me. Course was in great shape. Rate of play was smooth, no waiting. Forgot hole number, but I believe the 2nd par 5 on Highlands feels like it plays 700 yds. Great experience though.

I've played many golf courses in the MB area and this is the best course for the price ($28) period. The mounds in the fairways made accuracy that much more important. Hard rain the previous day and only the area surrounding the 18th green was unbearable. Course drained quite well. Easily the best rolling greens I've played in the area. This a great little course to get your confidence before taking on a full week of golf. Very impressed and will be back.

Course was nice. Only thing I saw is there was no grass on a few of the greens, it looked like fungus has hit them. But even at that, those greens still putted decent and the rest of course was in great shape. It's a fun course for the average golfer to play.

Our 2 some just got done playing our morning round and the attendant just about threw us out of the cart! Said he needed the cart right now that it was a busy afternoon; he even came to where the car was parked to get it. We did not even get all of our stuff out and he was seated in the driver seat like we were slowing him down.

First time I played Aberdeen and fortunately we were hooked up with a member who knew his way around. Very helpful knowing where to hit and what to avoid on this course. Not everything is in plain sight when you stand on the tee. Enjoyed the course and would play it again.

The truly natural setting and well manicured facility made our first day of golf in Myrtle Beach a memorable one. We enjoyed this course so much we stayed to play the third nine holes. Each nine offers a challenge. Well worth playing.

It was fun to play a course that I knew from the past. It was windy which made for some interesting shots on some of the narrow fairways. All in all, it was good and I would return. Seemed a little pricey at $71, but everything down here is that or more.

Aberdeen is a perfect vacation course. I'm a single digit handicap; my wife, not so much. From the back tees Aberdeen is a very fair yet challenging course. Not knowing the course but armed with my course guide I played the round with one ball. From the red tees my wife had a great time and didn't run out of balls. A major accomplishment! The starter and staff were great; we will definitely play Aberdeen again.

My wife and I really enjoyed playing here. We played on Nov 2 and 5th. My only problem was our round on Thurss took 5 1/2 hours due to slow play I believe from too many people on the course.

Was a great course. Will definately play again when I return to MB. Would recommend it to others. Great use of water and sand. If I had to add 1 thing to make the course better. It would be to a have cleat cleaners on every 3 to 4 holes. Had a great time and was very happy with my round of 82.

This was a difficult course for a novice golfer to play. We played Woodlands (which was very difficult) and then the Highlands, which was not as difficult. Water, water everywhere. The course was in good shape.

Great course for the money. We made a 8:15 tee time only a few days before we played. The course was challenging (a lot of hidden water hazards) and it was in much better shape than I imagined. The only negative was the pace of play ... it took us 5:15 to play.

Had a pretty good round. It was a little humid, and being cart path only didn't help. This is the second time I have played at Aberdeen and I really like the course. I wasn't too impressed by the greens this year. They were really hard to read, and I missed a lot of easy putts that looked like there was break but there wasn't. Overall I had a good time at Aberdeen. I am returning to Myrtle Beach in September and may try to play there again while I'm there.

Played the Woodland and Meadows nines on Monday 7/13 and both were in great shape. Greens rolled great with above average speed, great service from the bag drop to the grill. Thanks to Eileen in the restaurant the food was really great.

While there isn't really a "Scottish" feel to this layout, the layout is worthy of play. The weather was slightly less than perfect as there was 60% chance of t-storms, and even while it did rain on our round the course stayed in tip-top shape. Plenty of yardage markers and actually water markers for blind shots. Worth the persistence to keep playing in spite of the weather!

I was impressed by the condition of the course, and the variety of the hole layouts. The starter was super, in that he came out to the practice facility to retrieve my son and I and pair us up with another couple to allow us to start our round early. This was greatly appreciated! The sole negative is that the driving range was not available.

I can't say enough. We ran late for our tee time by 10 minutes and they were still able to get us out within a half hour. I would recommend this course to anyone and play on playing it the next time I'm down here.

"Greens" very dry and brown,Need to be very accurate as there is much water, and landing zones from tee are small and fairways tight.
